1.6T PAM4 Series (200G per lane) |

Raytel 1.6T PAM4 series transceivers are designed for high speed data connection ,such as Leaf to Spine switch in AI datacenter , switch to switch in High Performance Computing etc.
The 1.6T VR8/2xVR4 PAM4 transceiver are incorporated with 850nm VCSEL and PD arrays. There is a low power consumption DSP inside the transceiver with the electrical and optical data rate are 212G PAM4 for each lane. The Optical interface is MPO-16 APC or dual MPO-12 APC.

Raytel 40G/100G QSFP28 series transceivers are designed for high speed data connection ,there are 40G SR4/eSR4/LR4 ,100G SR4/eSR4/CWDM4/LR4/ER4/ZR4 different types ,which can be used in TOR to Leaf switch ,Leaf to Spine switch, Spine to Core switch in datacenter , switch to switch in High Performance Computing etc.
The 40G/100G QSFP28 SR4/eSR4 series transceivers are incorporated with 850nm VCSEL and PD arrays. The 40G QSFP+ LR4 and 100G QSFP28 CWDM4 transceiver are incorporated with 4 CWDM uncooled DFB lasers and a PD array . The 100G QSFP28 LR4 transceiver is incorporated with 4 Lan-WDM cooled DFB lasers and a PD array .The 100G QSFP28 ER4 /ZR4 transceivers are incorporated with 4 Lan-WDM cooled EML lasers and a PD array , the SOA is added in 100G ZR4.
