Foreal is committed to improving coatings and coating services for the laser, life science and medical industries based on our unique Ion Beam Sputtering (IBS) process. We routinely produce complicated optical coatings with custom specifications.
Foreal specializes in high performance polarization management coatings for the micro-display industry, including polarization beam splitters, X-cubes, optical cores and polarization insensitive coatings.
Foreal’s Chinese subsidiary has a 200,000 square foot, world-class manufacturing facility for several product lines including Life Science & Medical Instruments, LCoS Display Optics, Optical Filters, High-Power Laser Optics, and LED & Laser Diode Light Sources. Our subsidiary has vertical integration capability from component level grinding, polishing, cleaning, coating, gluing, mounting to opto-electronic and opto-mechanical modules and system assembly. It is both ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified, FDA inspected, and all products are RoHS compliant (2002/95/EC).
